From Tripoli, venture to Ano Doliana, a picturesque mountain village perched on the northern slopes of Mount Parnonas. Here, you'll find yourself surrounded by the serene beauty of the Greek highlands. Continue your adventure to Agios Petros Kynourias, an idyllic cedar-covered area on the slopes of Mount Parnon, where the impressive Malevi Monastery stands as a testament to the area's spiritual heritage.
The adventure continues as you traverse the Peloponnese Mountains, taking on various walks that immerse you in Greek mountain life and Byzantine architecture. If you arrive in Tripoli in the morning, begin with a visit to the Metropolitan Church of St. Basil, known for its impressive Byzantine architecture. Explore the Archaeological Museum and then head to Areos Square for a leisurely stroll. Discover local history at the War Museum, enjoy traditional cuisine at a taverna, and take a peaceful walk through Agios Georgios Park before ending your day at the bustling central market.

Maintained by nuns, this monastery is generally open to the public, offering an opportunity to appreciate some Hellenistic art as you explore the grounds.
