To enter the Prize Draw you must provide your name and email address and a nomination entry for your ‘Headwater hero'. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email us at mktg@exodus.co.uk with ‘Headwater Hero' in the subject line.
The prize is a holiday for two (the nominated ‘hero' and the person who nominated).
The holiday is any Europe Headwater self-guided holiday (walking or cycling trip) up to 10 nights, subject to availability.
Prize holiday excludes Bermuda, Costa Rica and Finland departures.
The prize includes accommodation, meals, route directions and maps, standard transfers at the start/end of the trip, luggage transfers between hotels as listed in the itineraries on headwater.com
The prize includes return economy airfares - airline to be chosen by Headwater.
Prize does not include transfers to/from airport (in the UK), pre/post nights' accommodation, travel insurance or any optional activities not stated in the itinerary on the Headwater website.
Entrants (and nominees) must be 18 years or over to enter.
Offer valid on any departure up to 2nd October 2020, subject to availability.
The holiday is offered in accordance with Headwater's standard booking conditions and is subject to availability.
No employees of Headwater, The Travelopia Group, their subsidiaries, group companies or other company associated with this promotion will be eligible to enter.
By clicking the 'Enter prize draw' button, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to our use of your information.
The closing date for entries is 15th December 2019.
The draw will be made on 18th December 2019.
The winner will be selected at random. The decision of Headwater will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner does not accept the prize or if contact cannot be made within 28 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited and offered to a substitute winner. It is the entrant's responsibility to notify Headwater of any change in contact information.
If you are the winner, you may be required to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter; this may include printing your name on the Headwater website at www.headwater.com or other group promotional material.
The prize is not transferable; it is only for the use of the winner (i.e. the lead passenger) and there is no cash alternative.
