REVIEWS

Patient, quick to respond, helpful, polite, friendly.

Charles Wrench, 6 Nov 2024

Made an online enquiry for xc skiing at Venabu and immediately received an email from James to say he would be looking after my booking. I emailed him to clarify a couple of things. Next day I got a quote from Andrew who had not seen my email so we were at cross purposes. I had also made a mistake with the date in the online booking. However he was very efficient, corrected the date and rang the hotel on my behalf to sort out a couple of queries I had. I was very satisfied with the way he did all of this and booked the holiday. I'm not sure where James comes into the equation.
