There are many incredibly beautiful areas across Austria, from the peaks of the Alps to the charming streets of Vienna. As you browse our activity holidays in Austria, you'll see a starting price for each trip. When you click 'View Holiday' and then 'Dates & Prices', you can find more details, such as the tour-only price and the cost of optional flights.
We pride ourselves on offering honest prices that include all the standard requirements for your trip, such as route information, bikes and other equipment (where applicable), transport and/or transfers, and support from a local agent. Please do check each holiday page to find out what's included and any extras you'd like to take advantage of.

What to wear will depend on the type of activity holiday in Austria you choose. If you're heading on a walking tour, then we recommend wearing a pair of sturdy boots that give your feet the support they need.
In terms of clothing, consider the weather and the time of year you're visiting. Will it be warm and sunny? Then breathable, lightweight clothing may be best. You should bring a sunhat with you as well as sun cream. If you're heading to the slopes in the winter, plenty of thick, warm layers are essential – as well as a waterproof coat!
If you're planning to explore by bike, then we advise wearing appropriate footwear and clothing such as padded cycling shorts. We also strongly recommend you wear a helmet throughout your trip. They are mandatory in Austria for children under the age of 12, so bear that in mind if you're planning a family trip!
