Always wear a helmet when cycling. We recommend you pack your helmet as we can't guarantee they will be available to hire or purchase in Spain or other destinations.
You'll need to also dress comfortably. As this region is typically sunny, make sure you wear lightweight fabrics and sunglasses. Also, apply SPF regularly. It's recommended to wear padded shorts too as you'll be on your bike for long stretches at a time.
